RE:RE:Recent acquisitionI am not sure at this time and hesitant to buy more shares until Q3 MD&A. It will be pre-acquisition results and i want to see recurring revenue increasing to at least 25% of the total quarterly revenue. This will give me more confidence seeing they are commercializing their saas platform. Additionally, I want to hear about this new acquisition, is annual service revenue of $4MM declining/stable or growing? Profitability level? How fast can they up sell the saas into new company if at all? etc. Given this acquisition increases our revenue by almost 1/2, I think there should be more information.
Overall, the best case scenario for FYE2016, I expect revenue of ~$16MM.
