AGM
Another AGM with no president and only same three directors out of five. However it sounded like a medical issue this time. More interesting as lots of questions on economics mainly on netback and if company is cash flow positive. We were told it was but no numbers provided. One shareholder suggested leaving wells shut-in if we as shareholders are just giving the production away but does not sound like that will happen. Voting on proxy items was less than 70% in favor for directors and option plan.
