Pallinghurst an offshore tax haven obtained 50% of Nemaska Lithium 2.0, 50% Investissement Quebec (IQ). Livent (LTHM) acquired 50% from Pallinghurst. Livent merged with AllKem and is now called Arcadium Lithium plc (ALKM).

Guy Bourassa came out of the cave/hibernation  early in the season to a new beginning?
