Dilution

C$0.27 per share is a lot lower than the C$0.36 per share prior to the announcement.  Why was such a low offer made?   It will take a long time for the share price to recover.

Retail may be able to buy shares at C$0.27 as the share price keeps falling.  Give it a little time.

From 3rd quarter report...Nov 2022 "After investing $3.0 million in exploration expenditures and mining assets during the year to date, the cash position remained strong at $21.5 million with working capital of $22.1 million, up from cash of $17.4 million and working capital of $16.8 million at September 30, 2020". Mine operating loss before amortization and depletion for Q3 2022 was $0.1 million compared to $0.8 million income in Q3 2021, due to lower silver prices and higher costs. Net loss for Q3 2022 was $1.2 million compared to net income of $0.04 million in Q3 2021. Net working capital for the Company at September 30, 2022 was $17.6 million with cash on hand of $16.5 million.  ...more

Three main reasons: One, Plomosas. To put in into production in 2023 - US$ 5 mm or $6.75  mm Cad; Plomosas explorations in 2023 - 2-3 mm Cad' Total cost around 10 mm Cad; Two, Guadalupe complex - needs refurbishing and capacity expansion in year 23-24 ; Cost - anywhere between 1 to 5 mm Cad; Exploration cost - 1 mm Three - Capire - to putit into production and expand capacity in year ...more

The financing price was low, but I think that reflects poor financing conditions right now - I've seen some other juniors make even worse placements recently. Although it may not have been totally necessary yet, they did spend $3 million on acquisition of plomosas, and are gonna need to pump in money on exploration and ramping up production here.
