iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISD)(OTC Pink: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions, and its reseller partner for airports in the Americas, Rich Multimedia Technologies Inc. ("RMT"), today announced the integration of iSIGN's patented technology into RMT's Tele-Digital Store Front kiosk ("Kiosk"). The Kiosks create a mobile interactive media, advertising and entertainment network located throughout airports. The partnership with iSIGN will enable wireless broadcasting of multimedia messages to nearby mobile devices.
RMT and their concessions partners operate in the top 300 airports globally with over 2,500 stores in 45 countries, reaching an annual audience of 1.2 billion mobile consumers/travelers. RMT is working to create a complete "curb to cabin" in-airport network that would result in the first ever airport-wide, fully integrated and complete advertising and mobile captured network to serve retail and commercial locations and their brands.
Currently, RMT has 318 of their best-in-class Tele-Digital Store Fronts, which include free phone and mobile phone re-charging services, located in three airports in the United States. RMT plans to deploy approximately 5,000 Tele-Digital Store Fronts in Mexico City's international airport, transit system and government facilities over the next 90 to 120 days. Additionally, RMT plans to roll out 3,600 Kiosks in multiple major international airports in the US and Canada by the end of 2016. Existing Tele-Digital Store Fronts will be retro-fitted with Smart Antennas, and future installations will have Smart Antennas installed at the factory.
Airports today incorporate all the features of large suburban shopping malls. They have retail shops and food services to serve a large captive foot traffic audience that, thanks to today's travel requirements, are in the airport hours prior to flights. All of this combines to make airports an ideal location for advertisers to interact with consumers on their mobile devices.
The annual passenger foot traffic at the three US airports where RMT's Tele-Digital Store Fronts are currently installed total 63.8 million. The addition of Mexico City's airport would add another 31 million in traffic. RMT's projected rollout into the top 10 major international airports by the end of 2016 will add an additional traffic count of 514.6 million. The vast majority of these travelers will be in the airports for extended periods of time, with their smartphones on and ready to receive iSIGN's proximity messaging throughout the airport concourses.

"We are looking forward to extending the effectiveness of the advertising displayed on our Tele-Digital Store Fronts by using iSIGN's Smart Antenna to deliver messaging to mobile devices within a 300-foot radius of our units," said Mr. Mark Steven, RMT's Vice President of Global Business Development. "We expect that the use of iSIGN's Smart Antenna will bring more traffic to our network, while enabling travellers to carry messages with them when they leave the area."
"iSIGN's Smart Antenna, which was specifically designed for commercial use, utilizes an external heavy-duty antenna that allows integration without affecting broadcasting," added Mr. Steven. "iSIGN's major advantage is that it doesn't require individuals to download an app to receive messages. We are excited to add iSIGN's technology to our existing critical passenger services, such as free phone and re-charging zones, coupled with mobile digital and eye-level advertising and entertainment. We are very pleased to have a proximity advertising solution that does not require apps. We feel this is critical in today's market."
"Our interest in iSIGN's Smart Antenna is not limited to our network," stated Ms. Susie Haro, RMT's Vice President and Co-Founder. "We expect the addition of iSIGN technology will help in the expansion of our in-airport concessions relationships with the world's leading airport concession groups. iSIGN enables concessions to incorporate proximity marketing into the footprint of their locations, independent of our network."
These airport installations will become part of iSIGN's National Mobile Network ("NMN"), with third-party advertising sales handled by AllOver Media, LLC ("AOM"). The revenue potential resulting from iSIGN's integration into RMT's Kiosks will come from four of iSIGN's prime revenue streams, including sale or monthly lease of hardware, monthly data management licensing fees, monthly advertising revenues and data and analytic sales.
Once all of RMT's projected total of 8,918 Tele-Digital Store Fronts are integrated with iSIGN's Smart Antenna and installed, iSIGN estimates its monthly revenue will be approximately $1.5 million USD per month. iSIGN expects that as advertisers become more familiar with proximity marketing and the ability of iSIGN's technology to communicate effectively and efficiently with consumers, this figure will increase due to the influx of additional advertising revenues.
iSIGN continues to build and expand its NMN and audience to increase the network's desirability to both advertisers and to other potential network location sites.
