" Our product roadmap is nearly complete and is set to be released on January 16, 2022 " is what was stated , in part, on December 23, 2022 on the ISM website by the company. Not only was their original date flawed as they obviously meant to say 2023, not 2022, but after giving themselves 3 weeks, albeit holidays included, they failed to meet the timeline they alone provided. Incompetence, arrogance, just don't care - what is it ? If there was more to report put out a sentence in the newsroom that you have at your disosal for no cost saying a slight delay for this or that reason. Not rocket science whover is in charge. Speaking of in charge, who is accountable.? If you are so blatant in not meeting timelines when you set the bar so low with a "roadmap" to investors how are you treating any potential customers ? Do you follow-up on leads, do you follow-up on with issues and if so, in a timely professional timeframe ? Accountability and professionalism is missing here. If this roadmap comes out today the point of this post remains relevant. "If somebody shows you who they are, believe it" best applies here. Accountability !
