Board members responsibilitiesFor a company that purports to be in the digital business of information gathering and sharing the current ISign management gets an "F" as in failure. I understand that under stating and over achieving is a desirable quality in a company however the silence of this company is disturbing. Shareholders ultimately put their hard earned money into what information the company provides on current progress or lack thereof. Maybe the Directors need to take some inititaive in their feduciary responsibilities to keep shareholders informed.
