Anybody able to explain...??

Anybody able to explain...??I noticed on TMXmoney that Haywood sold 236,669 shares to Raymond James at 03:58PM at $0.25. This was the last transaction listed. It's also added to the daily volume total.  I'm confused as to whether this transaction actually occured? If it did, it would have by-passed the bid to complete at $0.25, as there appear to be bids at $0.27 and $0.255. Is that possible?

The share price closed today at $0.30 (based the 'last' sale at 03:54PM). Stockwatch also does not show the 236,669 shares or reflect it on their daily volume.

Is this simply an error or did this transaction occur?  Does anybody have access to additional transaction data to confirm / refute this sale?

Thanks.
