Did IZ Blow Town & Forget to Take The Pilot Plant With Them?

IZ is currently outfitting the facility with the necessary equipment and personnel to begin production in March 2023. The location offers quick access to the Welland Canal, rail, and major trucking routes for getting our products to market."

Mar.15/23 (the last NR to investors about the Pilot Plant) Operational with product out before end of month. Sat in Limbo for 61/2 months?
Still not a peep to investors after the 15th. Found it in Q4 MD&A (JUNE) that came out in Sept.about the moving!
From Dec.to Mar NR, the first try at it only took 3 months.(Xmas break) Then they baled and mentioned moving to Moorefield in the Q4 MD&A but not in a NR.
From Q4 MD&A ending in JUNE - "IZ is currently outfitting the facility with the necessary equipment and personnel to begin production in the second quarter of 2024. (2nd Q ended, coming up to 2 months ago) The location offers quick access to the major highways, rail, and major trucking routes for getting our products to market"
Pilot Plant version2 is taking over at least 9 months so far.
