IZN owns 13.4 M of AW1 which owns 80% of BAY Storm discovery

From $IZN website -> "The Company holds an equity investment (13,385,000 shares, December 2021) in American West Metals Limited, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: AW1). American West is advancing the West Desert zinc-copper project and the Storm Copper and Copper Warrior projects in North America."

And from
$BAY news release -> "The program, still underway, is being conducted by American West Metals Limited ("American West"), who are the project operator since entering an option agreement with Aston Bay in March 2021.Figure 1: Massive chalcocite (dark grey) and chalcopyrite (brassy) in drill hole ST23-03 from approximately 58m downhole."

From
$BAY website -> "On March 9, 2021, Aston Bay entered into an option agreement with American West Metals Limited (AWML), to earn an 80% interest in Aston Bay’s 100% owned property located on western Somerset Island, Nunavut which hosts the Storm Copper Project and the Seal Zinc Deposit."

So in other words $2.7M of InZinc's MC is from ownership of AW1 shares and only $1.3M is from their Indy assets.

AW1 will own 80% when it completes a 10 million dollar investment in the storm project. Until that is done, Bay still owns 100%. But there is no doubt that AW1 will reach the 10 million dollar mark.
