GLEN EAGLE SELLS 60% INTEREST IN SOUART
GlenEagle Resources Inc. has signed an option agreement to sell 60 per centof its Souart property for $750,000 in cash and $4.5-million inexploration expenses, both payments being equally divided over the nextthree years. Glen Eagle Resources will retain a 40-per-cent interest inthe property without incurring any expenses.
