private placementJackpot Digital(JJ) has closed the second tranche of the non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of $265k.  The first 2 tranches total $462.5k.  JJ has also proposed an increase of the pp for a third and final tranche consisting of up to 16M units for additional gross proceed of up to $800k scheduled to close on around Oct. 14.
