Would you say come to my run-down paint pealed roof and hole filled basement, where the rats are bigger than my cat. Oh the price is right I still want Market value for my deliberate run-down cracked basement and the house slightly leads to the left but you now get less sun in the basement now because of it, oh forgot the line on the basement walls is where we had a flood eight years ago. That kept the bugs of my beams for at least 3 years.
