The question remains whether we will see those financials by May 15th as promised. If they miss that date, the whole executive team and Ravi need to walk the plank.

Well, they should have made an announcement today about whether the financials were to be released tomorrow or not. They're required to report every two weeks - which is today - and I'm hearing no announcement either that they will be released tomorrow or that there's another delay. Either way, someone's spending too much time diddling around with finances and not enough informing shareholders. Either is not good at all. So unless somone in the accountants' office is doing the buying on the side, there's no reason for the upswing in price.
