You have been doing nothing but complain about this project and the management for over 16 years----what the heck are you even doing here? I suggested a couple of times over the years to send them your qualifications since you have it all figured out what should be done. Guess they must have lost it. Just so your brain can understand the the reason for the enviromental laws that are in place is because of what had been done in the past by mining companies. We would still be in court trying to get permits for the ICP if agreements had not been made with all the groups that opposed the project based on environmental concerns. The person who was responsible for reaching an agreement with the envirornmental groups was the four time govenor of Idaho,Cecil Andres, who was on the board of ECO. He was Clinton's Sec.of the Interior who was known to be able to find common ground between industry and the environment.
