To the board before I disappear again.

For some of those that have been here for a while know that $150,000 was the key to reach an agreement  with the environmentalists and other interested parties.  From my point of view this was really a good inducement that showed the commitment that FCO was going to be a good environmental partner.  This was well before 2008 as I remember pre permiting. What would several years of litigation have cost defending the enviromental suits that would have been brought forward?

As far as my feelings go, the first two management teams were in over their heads and I do not believe the ICP would have made it.  I have a much better feeling for the Jervois team that is currently moving ICP forward but did not feel that at first.  They have brought on some really experienced team members.

Now this is classic FARM "to (should be too) bad you were not one of the half million dead Americans", wishing me dead because he did not like my post.  He likes to call people names also, something that is at an elementary school level and he has been doing so for the 16 years I have been here.

I will now crawl back under my rock!  That is not a head stone I am happy to say!  Eric
