Share prices rise when demand for the shares is high.  Blocking institutional investors from participating because you are a penny stock is bad policy.  1:10 RS would make it a $5.00 stock on its way to becoming a $20 stock.

Back in the dark ages when FCO did the 1-7 reverse my shares  at that point were priced at $3.50.  I am at the age where I am on a quest for  immortality in hopes of seeing that price again! Eric

After the Formation Capital reverse split took this company to a $3.50 a share, its new price fell steeply and I bought some of those shares at nine cents. It you do reverse splits (financial engineering consolidations) the share price usually then drops back to where it was before, or even lower. If you want a better share price make the company more profitable and both the big and investors ...more

Yes, the share price DECLINED to less than what the share price before the reverse split. I too bought some under 10 cents. Careful what you call for with this stock.

That was because Marie Ann and company could not raise the capital to start building the mine.

That's not true either. Getting the money was not the issue, terms and collaterall given the lending climate back then and then the collapse of metals.
