I certainly hope so but history states NO - the guy wants a paid job. Where is the plan to do anything with this company in the next one, two or five years? Compaines in technology change with the times. I own shares ( value trap with over $1/ share).  The best thing to do is pay the shareholders out and sell the company (OH - but then the CEO would not have a job!!!).
