Agree TonyOntario.  The loss of their SOLGEN contract is significant to their business profitability and should of been more prominently publicized instead of mentioned in the Liquidity more

How come we need to read the MD&A to find out that they didn't get the SOLGEN contract? Since it represents 40% of their revenue, it seems pretty material to me. Although it does explain more

RE:RE:Ttm earnings yield

I agree. The company will likely get taken over by a private equity firm. If the stocks price remains suppressed for many more years, then I see this as the likely exit for current shareholders. more

RE:RE:RE:Special dividend?

The market may have anticipated that no special dividend may come our way. Either way, it's a good sign and a strong buy under $2.   rate and reply

RE:RE:Special dividend?

I would agree as well. If not this year, then next year for sure.  rate and reply

RE:Special dividend?

I have high confidence that there will be another similar special dividend announced soon. If there is no such announcement, I will be very pleased as it will suggest that they have something more

Special dividend?

Last year I received a nice 25 cent per share special dividend. With the huge cash balance I wouldn't be surprised to see another one. It was declared last year on Dec 22 and was payable on Feb more

The CEO is not a young man and he does hold a fair number of shares. I suspect at some point this company will get bought out. How else is he going to unload such a large amount of shares?  rate and reply

RE:RE:Boring and profitable

Thank you.  I have directly asked management succession plans and also the certainty of long term contracts.  A few years ago their Ontario govt contract completed and was not renewed. more
