Jemtec announce the lost of Nova Scotia contract

Jemtec announce the lost of Nova Scotia contractstarting July 1,2023

It is a material event...source annual report md&a 2023 out November 29,2023

I dont like the way they did the communication....they did the same with the Ontario contract

In my view they should report the material event immediately with a press release but instead it is a slow process and we have to find the information waiting the next md&a no matter the crucial information is material event for the shareholders...very strange the way they report it...

any thought on it????
