What to do with the cash ..well if your comfortable with investing in junior oil and gas I would go with light oil focussed companies .

TOL stands out at the moment with an outstanding update today.

SCS has significant light oil opportunities and rumoured to being eyed by Crescent Point.

MEL is also involved with CPG

MQL growing with a great management team.

In the oil service sector I have BRY-TO and BT-TO

BRY trading at 3 times projected 2011 cash flow and probably 2.5 times assumed 2012 cash flow.
BRY has significant insiders ownership

BT very cheap ,low debt ,more than 70% of stock owned by insiders, cash flow will probably come in at $1.45 per share ,trading at $3.38. Along with 5 million dollars cash with 14 million shares OS.

All of the above should do very well  as long as oil prices stay high and world does not slide into total economic chaos.

Have many more ideas but the above have the least risk IMHO.

Just some ideas. I am not an investment advisor. Up to everybody to do some research.

Energy is a sector that I am very comfortable in.
