The risk is the deal does not get done and MCV choses not to present a higher bid.
If they decide to increase their bid(unlikely) I lose an opportunity to add to my profits.
Any shares tendered will be going back.
Stock price can then collapse.
If deal is done I lost an opportunity to make an additional penny per share.
