RE:sellers exhausted, moving higherThis is the problem I have with people that are solely focused on technical analysis.  If you have a time frame more than a couple weeks, you should be buying weakness not selling it.
 
Take for example, where was your technical analysis when the stock when the stock went from 0.86 all the way up to 1.10. Did your analysis see that coming? 
 
Small cap names move big if someone wants in our out which creates the opportunity.  If you believe in the company fundamentally you should be itching for a stock to fall on no news so you can buy more.
