well it would appear that we have survived and may be now positionned to prosper
Over the last 12 months one had to wonder would KBG survive the tough times?
Many a day I was troubled by the possibility that KBG might not be able to benefit from it's sale of the Headway or it's JV with Coventry. Never mind the potential of Menary after making some interesting discoveries of the potential of that property.
Management has addressed all of the issues that could have stopped us dead in our tracks.
They have bought us time and the books are now balanced and we are in a stronger position now it would seem.
It is true that we have little to no cash but we do have other assets that have the ability to move us forward. I recently bought more shares after the financials where filed and I did so for one simple reason. Management must have filed the financials because they felt there was light at the end of the dark tunnel we have been travelling of late.
The AGM is just around the corner lets hope that is our turning point,
