I looked at PDG a while back and nothing really stood out to get me excited about it.
If I was to give KDI one knock it is they are printing paper way too fast.
What made aber so valuable was their ability to keep the share count down.
MPV was doing well until the last year or 2 then the presses got cranked up. They raised the share count by over 50% and that comes out or the long term investors upside.
So what ever KDI does they need to have less than 100 mil shares when they finally get there and hopefully far less than that.
