My first rule of investing in any exploration company is the O/S
The company has got to have approx100 mill shares outstanding by the time they have a defined and mineable resource (reading profitable).
PGD is at 278 million shares
LUC made 2 pennies with approx 400 million shares
SWY has approx 750 million shares
Sorry, as a minority shareholder none of those impress .
Basically if your a pup in a pride of lions you are getting scraps so you better hope there are not many other pups in the pride.
And I am pizzed that MPV got their share count up to 160 to get to production but part of that is the contingency fund they had to attain so they chose to let the shareholders cover it rather than give more of the company away.
