regardless of their grade and their carat value as a minority shareholder (anyone posting on SH) when and if PDGs property gets developed you will end up holding the bag.
They have 300,000,000 shares outstanding and climbing.
They will probably top one half of one billion soon enough.
Unless you can buy into it just as development starts you are doomed before you start.
