Have a look at the chart of MPV during its largely exploratory stage (1994 -2003) and you'll understand why it's only logical to expect for KDI over the next couple of years, consistently lower share prices, accompanied by considerable volatility.

I'm not being negative on KDI as a company, as I still own a small position, and believe there may well be an economic deposit on their property.  However I just expect that I'll be able to re-enter KDI at a price far lower than those of today. Time will tell if I'm right or wrong, but for the next few years I'm solidly in the MPV camp.
