My guess would be a merger or combination proposed by Dunnedin Ventures.
They are about 900 kms away
They have approx 4M Carats @ 1 c.ton
Potential pipes that need to be drilled
They are more into gold and stumbled on to the kimberlite
More importantly
Both KDI and DVI saw unexplained spikes in tier share price at the same time.
I am thinking DVI wants to get back to gold exploration.
Sees monetizing their kimberlite as a financial boost
