Building a mine with DeBeers that should go into production by the end of the year. He prefers Kennady Diamonds (KDI-X) as he feels it is significantly undervalued relative to what he thinks they have, especially in the context that there is a mine on their back door that will be operating soon, and this will come back into DeBeers fold.

Yes but once again the huge question is "What is the urgency?????  Makes no economic sense until they need the ore. Otherwise the grade AND diamond valuations have to be considerably higher than what they are mining now. Any aquistion before they project needing the ore is simply a waste of capital. The ore is not going anywhere and no one else is going to aquire it and build a separate
