Whats going on? SP jumping to 4.25. Buyers not afraid. Anyone hear anything?

My guess is that the company is going to release news as per the statements made below in their last news release - and that it is likely positive news:  "The results of the Kelvin bulk sample valuation, combined with grade and modeling results, will be used to prepare an independent NI 43-101 resource statement for the Kelvin kimberlite, which is expected to be released in the ...more

News coming as well as need for financing so hence the share price rise. Probably a bought deal backstopped by the usual players. Mill feed for next door when they need it in 8-12-15 years time.

It would be nice to hear some news about MZ and Doyle as well - as previoulsy the company said they were pursuing other areas of interest on their properties, but we haven't heard anything much about them since Patrick Evans departed.   I suppose the resource statement to be released this month should give an indication about stand alone mine feasibility.

It would never be a standalone mine. Why would that even be considered with $50 carat/$100 a ton ore when you have a mill next door? They going to spend a billion to duplicate the one next door? Do not think so. KDI ore is very deep too lots of overburden to strip away so added expense. This will be taken back by MPV at some point IMO with DeBeer's involvement in some way.
