Today’s Close

Veeeeery little participation from CIBC today and, not coincidentally, very low volume ... there's only one trading  day left until the Cambridge Conference over the weekend and the Mineral Roundup Conference next week. If I'm right, and the buyer from CIBC is positioning this week at these low prices in anticipation of a share price pop off of pending good results and the conferences, then tomorrow should be another up day. However, a close tomorrow below .55 might be bearish. Just my thoughts, but I'm betting Kodiak has seen its bottom for the year (provided good results come in). Anyone else have any prognostications they'd like to share? Bullish or Bearish comments are all
Welcomed !!

Hey Margin, everything (and more) we discussed last week on this board was mentioned in a Forbes article that came out today (copied below) -- Copper supply, demand, China, Teck, Cobre Panama, etc.  Pay Attention To Copper Before It Derails The Energy Transition "Global demand for copper is rising steadily and is only expected to accelerate. Even with China experiencing deflation, the ...more

Thanks for sharing DrillMonkey!  They do have the same thesis that we do. Preproduction microcap resource companies are always a risk, because they need a great resource, the right location and jurisdiction, great leadership, and also ready access to capital (terribly hard right now with high interest rates, tight credit markets, and very low share prices which leads to smallish capital and ...more
