There is a unit for sale on the MLS that is not an assignment contract.
I believe this indicates that the building has been completed and proceeds from the partnership will flow shortly into KGF.

So,  i'm curious.   What kind of prices were received for the Condo's here in this development? What would be the average price roughly for the 397 units?
