Or Misrepresented!
Reverse takeover of Northway Res by KLD.
It seems that KLD only owns between 20% and 30% of 4 projects, altho' on TD is shows SUMITOMO owns 10.1% of KLD, Sumitoma actually own 80%.
There is another Project with Barrick...confusing %'s
Z. Flood, CEO when asked when any timelines were due, it was not 'his decision'!

It's not misrepresented.   If you can't read the SEDAR filings and understand what they mean then you should not be buying individual equities. Sumitomo owns about 10% of the stock of Kenorland.    Then the company has various projects that they have farmed out to Sumitomo and Barrick,   IF the work commitments are met.    As time and effort,  ...more
