RE:51% may be a bit confusing……..It's not misrepresented. If you can't read the SEDAR filings and understand what they mean then you should not be buying individual equities.
Sumitomo owns about 10% of the stock of Kenorland. Then the company has various projects that they have farmed out to Sumitomo and Barrick, IF the work commitments are met. As time and effort, plus money are expended, the farm-in partner has the ability to increase their ownership percentage, of the top of my head, to 80 percent.
Kenorland also owns some projects 100% and has not farmed them out to a partner.
This company looks legit to me.
