I may be in Montreal on June 4th and may go to the AGM, but if I do, it won't be to confront the BOD.
The BOD has not deceived any of us. This play (can't call a spec biotech on the V as any more than just a play) has proven to be a fun and wonderful ride.
I invest in many tech and biotech babies (start-ups) and this company of all has not fed me a BS line compared to most others, 9/10 which fail. Luckily I hit a few 10-100 bangers. You can write me if need be and I'll explain more and spill my guts about the disappointments and big bucks I've lost by the actions of other lying ventures.
The management at Kane has not pumped their story like most do. Kudos to Gord et al.
Kane (ok..granted only IMHO) is about to make an announcement of significnce for all us shareholders. I suspect it will be this week or early next....again...just MHO and speculation based on experience.
I love Winterpeg...especially when I borrow a parka in the winter or mosquito spray for the other two months, but Kane is moving out of the Golden Boy's view soon. It's time to move on.
Montreal makes complete sense for the AGM and Special Meeting if you look at who lives where and what's (possibly) going on.
