Did this transaction result in dilution and a loss of STEM in order to get proceeds.?. here is why I ask, "The Transaction was completed by way of a share purchase agreement between Kane, STEM, Ecuphar NV and Dechra dated April 12, 2024."

No dilution, STEM was a Kane's subsidiary so  Dechra  bought 100% of STEM's shares 1/3 from Ecuphar NV (Animalcare) and 2/3 from Kane.
