It's higly likely that there was a miscommunication from the minister side. There'll be a meeting with the minisrer next week and it's going to get resolved. No one benefits from this, but rather, it's a big loss for the government and the company. Think about it and use your judgement.

No info to sharesholders that license is pending. Just one hidden info at sedar at old pea 2018 that license has been expired in 2019. in addition exploration and the bought stake from tech is capitalized in FIXED ASSETS at last balance sheet although there is obviously no license. their current license expires in 2021 not 2019. It's renewed every two years and the company's done so since they took over the project. This is a management who's super conservative when it comes down to risk management. I see your judgment as unfair and premature.
