insiders win again

private placement received a 30% discount to the market. Now watch the news releases come out and the price  gains they will get.  News should have been released prior to the private placement to capture the increased value in the ground.. Hopefully the little guy will gain over time..

I guess,when the stock gets back to .20,we'll need another 1 for 5 reverse split.
