What a Joke This KTN Is!Looks like the strategy of the "underwriter" must have come right from the 60s and 70s playbook of VSE scammers. Take down the units pp, immediately strip the warrants, and dump the shares into the open market at the same price that the units pp was done at. Now that they have all their money back, they can walk away, and ride the warrants. Did I hear someone yell "scam"?
What a bunch of suckers the shareholders of KTN are. KTN won't go anywhere , at least over the next 3 years, but I do sense a likely 10+:1 rollback is not far off.
