KTN spinoff in a TFSA became non qualified investment

I got a letter from the CRA stating that the new spinoff company 'Kootenay Resources' is a non qualified investment in a TFSA and I may be taxxed for holding it in my account. Has anyone else got this? And why is it a non qualified investment? Will it be listed on the Neo Exchange or something?

Received one as well, just phoned brokerage co. and had it moved to my cash account. Only had $8 and had to pay $5 just to move it. I guess you could leave it there and hope it starts trading soon.
