Could of happened at UBS AGM???

Could of happened at UBS AGM???https://www.newswire.ca/releases/December2001/21/c9410.html Major Irregularities at AGM of Crew Development Corporation; Wrongful Rejection of Proxies', Litigation to Commence VANCOUVER, Dec. 21 /CNW/ - Crew Development Corporation (the "Company") (CRU: TSE, OSE, PE; KNC: FSE; OTCBB: CRWVF) today held its 2001 annual general meeting (the "AGM") at which the nominees of management of the Company were elected as directors amidst controversy and voting irregularities. A group of dissident shareholders of the Company who in aggregate hold approximately 32 percent of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares, voted by proxy at the AGM to elect as directors of the Company certain persons who were nominated by the dissident group (the "Dissident Nominees"). The dissident group believes that there were numerous irregularities in the methods used by the Chairman of the Company in counting the proxies relating to the AGM and that the Chairman of the Company wrongly rejected all proxies of the dissident shareholders. The proxies of the dissident group outnumbered those of management by a 2:1 margin. As a result, the dissident group is of the view that the Dissident Nominees are in fact the duly elected directors of the Company. The dissident group intends to proceed with an application to the Supreme Court of British Columbia to enforce the rights of the dissident shareholders and to have the Dissident Nominees declared as the duly elected directors of the Company. The dissident group has provided notice to the Company that it will hold the Board and senior management accountable for any actions taken until the Supreme Court of British Columbia makes a determination with respect to the matter. %SEDAR: 00003140E
