Not sure if T & A are this type of 'holding' company but it could be...this much is clear...the shares are no longer held by a 'spousal trust' but by a corporation.........need a CA specialist to dig deeper on this one!!!!!!!! The principles of T & A may be more than who we think!!!!!!!! Could be more than two people.....
