I was an early holder of this one and fortunately managed to come out ahead during the tech bubble heydays. But my faith in this company was shattered when they chose to hand over millions in assets of UBS (the publically traded UBS) to a small, elite group of insiders (the privately held UBS), for a paltry sum. I bailed out of my remaining position then, and not a moment too soon!
If this is their way of looking after shareholders' interests, I wanted no part of it. And from what I am hearing, not much has changed in the management of this company up to this point.
