Called This One WrongSo they run the stock to a buck ninety, same day a half hour before close they announce a PP at $1.25 with a warrant. Why run the stock?? So many can exit their positions, make money, then participate in the financing. I have seen this game many times before.
The stock has been on a steady decline since the PP announcement, and today the stock is trading under the finance price. I will continue to watch this one. GLTA
