This is exciting!  I haven't seen them halt the stock before for news since I have followed KWE.

I was quite certain that you would not see the trading halt end until Monday morning at the earliest. I suspect it has to do with the recently announced new offering, pricing and nasdaq listing. I really don't know how to read this as these guys have dropped the ball so many times already. Realistically management has to know that they are running out of time to right this ship.
