What a scam, management should be ashamed

Settling $225k in debt for 70k shares is almost 1/10 of the float, at an all time low after you tanked it even more on your news yesterday of your iPo.  I hope you enjoy my $1100 dollars.  You should never be allowed to run a company again.

Your right! Share price went from $2.50 CAD to near 5 cents now.  So they split for 70 to 1 and Nasdaq will let them list?!?  Lmao I need to get into the create a venture company business!
