Destroyed this company and wiped out exsisting shareholders, it should be criminal to allow this to happen especially without shareholder approval. The insiders used their proxies and shoved it down our throats.
Now look where they are after the fantastic nasdaq listing, they can't even hold the SP at the approved new issue price, down, down, down they go. The icing on the cake Ladies and Gents???? not one new contract announced, nothing. Oh except the rediculous video clip where David Luxton tells everyone that they should be invested in Kwesst in 2023.
I ask you again, how is this allowed to happen?
