What A Joke This Company Is !!!!Somebody posted awhile back about this being a Pump and Dump. That certainly appears to be the case, they bring out news, run the stock to $1.90 On the very same day, halt the stock about 3:45 eastern time, and announce a financing at a buck and a quarter. Can you say WTF????
So in other words, their institutional support ran the stock, made money, sold out and bought into the P.P. IROC should be alerted, and investigate these clowns. I believe the share price was around $1.29 when they announced the news. Now the share price is trading below .90 cents, what a Joke that they can get away with this.
Are you going to tell me that the company didn't know they were doing a financing at $1.25, and announcing it on that day??? At the very least they should have announced the P.P. news first, but we all know the retail guy always gets screwed over. Now where is that contact number for the securities watch dogs???
