The statements by the board of Kobex about the lads from Kingsway are false. The Kingsway team brought back a company from the living dead and created real share holder value. There where acts of brillance such as laying off Lincoln et al.
The Kingsway lads put there money where there mouth then and now . As soon as I saw they paid 20% more for Kobex then market I became interested. I purchased shares but why is it the Kobex board memebers not buy shares on the open market? My research indicates the current board has to go or substantialy change there ways. They are now wasting share holder capital in what no court will support an attempt to deny others the right to purchase assets at fair prices.
The current board should invest, drive share holder value or get out.
No shahreholder and no judge is going to support there corruption.
Stop wasting shareholder capital now! The current board should pay legals from there own pockets not ours.
